1. Every product is carefully reviewed through NeoBiolab’s Quality Verification and Quality Control (QVQC) process before it leaves our facility.
2. Once a product has successfully passed QVQC and been shipped, we are unable to take responsibility for any issues that arise due to factors outside our control, such as handling of client-supplied samples, improper storage, or use that differs from the recommended guidelines.
3. In such cases, replacement or refund requests may not be possible if our review determines the issue was caused by factors beyond NeoBiolab’s responsibility.

2. Unless otherwise stated, our products may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory list. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring approval for use under TSCA, if applicable.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeoBiolab, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, expenses, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

1. The purchaser’s handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of products, whether used alone or with other materials; and/or
2. Any breach of these Terms by the purchaser.

All content, trademarks, product names, and logos displayed on our Site are the property of NeoBiolab or its licensors. No rights are granted to use them without prior written consent.

You may not misuse our Site by engaging in fraudulent activities, data scraping, introducing malicious code, or violating applicable laws.
